Dip-Dyed Hair & Colorful Highlights

Colorful hair is almost everywhere. Blue Dip- dye, hot pink highlights, or the whole firetruck red head of hair. It's super easy to do and available at pretty much all drug stores and hair salons. First find the color or colors you want, then bleach the part in your hair where you're going to dye it, and you know the rest all the wetting process and drying process... :)
